Not Safe Do not Buy
I purchased this for my wife's sisters baby the damn thing was junk the seat would not stay locked in the base I have a Eddie Bauer seat and comparing the two the safety on the one I have is way more safe does not fall out of base I would pay more any day for the safety of my child

Would not recommend
We do not own this car seat but rented one on our last vacation. Poor quality and difficult to secure/buckle in the car.
Great buy, Stop lying people.
I got this as a gift from my mother for my son. Great product and for the one saying the base doesn't stay connected that's not true. I had the hardest time getting it off! So in MY opinion that's a good thing. Glad I have this car seat it's great.
