The adapter looked simple enough to put together.My husband did it within minutes and our Chicco keyfit 30 fit perfectly.You take it out the same way you would from the base.

This adapter is great. I wanted to be able to use the Quinny Buzz with my newborn carrier for walks. I have the Graco Snugride 35 and it works perfectly!
