At that point, the Complete Air 65 switches to its second stage as a front-facing car seat, where it can accommodate children from 22 to 65 pounds or 34 to 52 inches. In each stage, a five-position adjustable headrest and removable cup holder make it easy to keep your growing child comfortable.

Feels safe but has drawbacks.
We've already been in an accident with this product, less than a month after we bought it. Our 1-year-old was unharmed. It has a lot of great safety features but some major drawbacks. It does not come with clear installation instructions. It is pretty much impossible to install it at the angle it requires for rear-facing, and the angle only makes sense for a newborn anyway. It takes up a LOT of space rear-facing, even in our minivan. It is difficult to put her into the seat without bonking her head, and the side air bags make her unhappy because she can't see anyone around her, and it also makes it difficult to tend to her when necessary. I would recommend this for once you plan to forward face, which we will do (in a replacement seat of course) as soon as our skinny girl meets the weight requirements, because I feel she is well-protected in there. But as a rear-facing, not really a big fan.

Love it!
I did a lot of research before choosing this car seat. The seat has great safety reviews, reasonably priced, and has more cushion/comfort features than others. My daughter seems to really like sitting in it, and she wasn't a fan of her infant seat.
The selection of colors for this seat was really lacking in my local stores. I found the raspberry rose color online, and the fuchsia/chocolate brown combo looks just like the picture in person.
We have only used the seat facing the rear, and we haven't had any problems. We've used the seat in multiple vehicles using the anchoring LATCH system, and none of the cars have had super contoured seats.
LOVE IT!
Love this carseat. Fits great in SUV. Baby is super comfy. We had Graco infant carrier - she hated it. We bought the Britax Advocate $350 (on sale) - she hated it & it was super difficult to get her in & out of the car. Was concerned about buying this one online, but the reviews helped. Now we love it & she is happy to travel! Would definately recommend this carseat to anyone & wish I had bought it for my son when he was younger! Easy to install & has moved it from Nana's car to Mommy's car several times with ease. Buy this one over any other brand.
