Works great with Chicco Keyfit Carseat
Baby can face forward or toward you. It holds the car seat tightly. There are straps that you can snap to secure it further, but I have not had problems with security and I don't tend to use the straps unless I know the terrain will be bumpy.
I use this for quick jump in and out of the car trips. The bottom basket is roomy and I have gone grocery shopping just shoving stuff in the basket instead of using a shopping cart.
Right now it is my primary stroller - I have a jogging stroller for rough terrain or walking trips.

love it with our chicco car seat!
Works great with our Chicco car seat and is light and folds up very easily!

This review is based on my experience with both types of strollers, the Baby Trend Snap N Go and the Graco Snugrider.
I used the Graco for my first baby. It worked perfect for its purpose -- quick trips in and out of the car. I let a friend borrow it then found out I was pregnant again so had to get another carseat and stroller. We got a Chicco carseat cause we found it lighter than the Graco but had to get a different stroller frame to go with it. It did a great job but after 9 months of using the Snap N Go, the back wheels are bowing and I question the longevity of the stroller. My baby is not heavy (he's over a year and still under 20lbs) and we primarily use this stroller only on the weekends.
Other features that I preferred in the Graco Snugrider: the carseat clicked into the stroller so you had no straps to contend with and I felt sure that the seat was secured, you could access the basket from the back rather than have to walk to the front to reach in...
